Project visuals will be replaced with the final approved product imagery as the project progresses.
The challenge
Design an event access workflow that allows organisers to manage invited guests while giving entrance staff a fast and reliable way to verify attendees.
Our approach
The platform combines unique guest codes, QR validation and name-based search into a practical entrance workflow. The system is designed around the needs of administrators, event coordinators and entrance staff rather than simply creating another guest-list interface.
